Great for runs.
We ride this trail frequently and I love it. You can actually take it all the way downtown if you go around Scott’s and then get back on the trail. It’s about 7 miles from Greenhaven, but all flat so very doable.

Pretty good trail for walking/ running/ skating... not so bad for biking either. Paved from park in Freeport to Garcia bend park. Private property (north of Garcia be d park) fences prevent a through ride to Miller Park. I went in the evening, so plenty of shade!!

Nice weather for a change. Sunny, breezy, fresh...the sun finally throwing some punch.
Nice little trail but people needs to pick up after their dogs and stop throwing their doggy bags onto the side.
Enjoyed walking the river. I extended my track a little to 5 miles and it could be more. Brook, my lab, enjoyed the part that drops down to a dirt road along the river with access to the water. She took a morning swim....several times. Saw maybe 20 people along the way.
Right by a nice park. The trail is a little dull for walking, but is probably a really nice bike ride.
Pleasant walk - lots of birds and sunshine. Beautiful views of the Sacramento River as well as luxurious homes that follow the trail. Wonderful artwork at the end if the trail at the water intake building. Nice walk - would be nice and easy bike ride. We saw a man using a walker managing the paved trail. Totally accessible for all.

Very nice beautiful walk. The trail to easy to walk and paved.
Nice easy walk with river views. No parking at trail head.
Good paved path, clean and kept up, with some dirty off shoots down to the river. Not much shade. the path is on top of the levee so you have neighborhood on one side and nature/ the river on the other.
Nice and easy walk with incredible diversity in trees. Very easy to get to.
It's a nice walk. The trail can get dirty but the river is beautiful
