This is a segment of the Sacramento Northern Bike Trail from the parking lot at Robla Community Park to the Depot Building and Park in Rio Linda and back. The bike trail crosses Dry Creek so it's surprisingly pleasant for how flat and straight it is. It was likely a railway. There are some trees offering partial shade but other areas are quite exposed.
