Nice little local gem tucked away in the Mission San Jose district of Fremont. This is kind of a unique trail in the Fremont area because it is one of the few trails that is mostly shaded - it is a nice refuge from the summer heat under the oak trees and next to the creek. It is a mostly flat, family-friendly trail and is paved 90% of the way. You can start from the south east end near the intersection of Pine & Tonica, which would make it about 3 miles out and back. Lots of families out walking with kids, and some kids with bikes as well. Wide enough to avoid people, but during this pandemic it's still a good idea to bring a mask. The western-most quarter mile is unmaintained dirt trails, but it is wide and in great condition. If you want to catch a bit of a view you can climb up the short but steep portion towards Ocasa Camino where you can see 680 and all the way out across the bay.

Great quick mostly paved trail, I went in the evening and it was moderately trafficked but the scenery is nice and it’s a quick mostly flat walk.

Serene paved (until the end) trail that ends in a lookout over 680. At this time the pine street trailhead (indicated on this map) is fenced off due to recent paving but the path is still accessible at other trailheads that can be found on the trail map sign board on pine street. Perfect for a relatively easy family hike.

Nice short trail that cuts in-between some houses. There isn't a designated place to park at the entrance, so I think it's intended just for the local residents. The path is paved and mostly shaded and runs along a creek.

nice trail but short, and the end was a little confusing, it turns into a dirt with forks that looked liked dead ends.. but good scenery, saw 2 deer, lots of squirrels, and a group of turkey on the way back

This is a nice, paved trail - fully accessible. The trail ends in an unpaved loop that may be improved in the future. The trailhead is located off Pine Street which brings the total hike to right around 3 miles. Several spurs connect to the surrounding neighborhoods. Good trail for an afternoon run.
