Rincon Fire Road Trail is a 3.9 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Santa Cruz, California that features a river and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from May until September. Horses are also able to use this trail.
The Rincon Fire Trail start from CA-9 and traverses the beautiful San Lorenzo River and connects to the Pipeline Rd Trail. This trail changes elevation, and can be slippery at times.

June 25, 2019There is no bridge at the river crossing. Riders must walk across the river. There is a lot of water now so you might not be able to cross it to the other side. I couldn't and had to turn back.
