Hiking

This is a very short hike which starts at the North end of the parking lot at Rincon Beach. Rincon Beach is located off the US 101 at Bates rd. The trail runs between the beach and the rr tracks. After a short way the trail leads into a business office complex and then onto city streets. I wouldn’t really call this a hike more of a trail run. The view is nice though. You might squeeze 2 miles out of this hike. Bleah.

Fun beach walk. Great on any day, and any day of the week. However, the weekends are packed - so I definitely recommend coming on a weekday or early in the morning.

Can't be beat for beauty! Either walk the very long beach or take a trail that cuts across the hillside overlooking the beach. Get off 101 at Bates Rd, enter north parking lot, trailhead is at end of parking lot. Easy.
