Red Mountain Trail is a 4.1 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Red Mountain, California that offers the chance to see wildlife and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking and off road driving and is best used from January until April. Dogs are also able to use this trail.

This hike takes you to a geographical scouting spot with old equipment still on top of the summit. No real trail exists until you get to the saddle. You can blaze up the side of the false peak.
