The trail at the bottom of the canyon is nice and easy, suitable for kids. But all throughout the canyon are steep single-track trails that take you up to the ridgeline, so you can make the hike as challenging as you want. For added cardio, there are also stairs not far from the trailhead that take you up to a subdivision. I wouldn't drive out of my way to get here, but a nice little workout if you're in the area.

Very small and easy walk through the semi-private canyon. Nice for a picnic at the well maintained table area. There is also a staircase coming down from a residential development that you can throw-in for some added cardio.
