Nice beginners trail , did a mix of south rim trail and came back down the same way to do half of the creek trail. Lots of birds sighting and we were lucky to see a few deers as well. All in all a good hike !

Very kids friendly, even for toddlers. beautiful view with hill, Creek, wildflower, bridges in spring time. Keep an eye on young kids on the trail, since there's no fence on the steep edge of some sections of the trail.

It’s a nice shaded trail that follows the creek. The creek has fish and leads up to mineral springs. We saw deer and hawks along the way!

Had an AWESOME tine with my family. Great for picnics, games, throwing a football then having a great walk with tons to look at and beautiful surroundings.

Traverses most of the floor of the park valley. Great walk if you're aiming to just relax. Beautiful foliage. Lots of park visitors.

Simple hike, not too steep for a long period and there are benches. bring water, it's getting warm out!

An easy, fun walk with lots to see. Our 4 year old had a lot of fun finding sticks and playing in the tiny creek at the end of the trail. We had our 18 month old in a kid backpack, but could have easily done it with a stroller.

Best of both worlds - shady trees, a peaceful flowing creek...and then a somewhat intense hike up hill to the top. Pretty nice views.

An easy hike with shaded trails almost all the way. The sound of water flowing through the creek can be very soothing to the ears. If you get a chance to get close to the water, you'll find that it's very clear and you might even spot fishes scurrying about!
