Great for Sunday morning hike. Steepness and distance just right for novice and moderate hikers.
It’s a great hill to do trail runs or to go for a walk with a view. It’s best to go in early spring after the rains when the hills are green. The rolling hills are beautiful and at the top of the tower you can see Solano State Prison, Fairfield, Vacavillle, Suisun, Windmills, Mr. Diablo and parts of the bay. It’s nice when the wind is out. Most of the trail is wide with gravel.
