This beautiful new trail opened for hiking, horseback riding and mountain biking on Jan 26, 2019. The staging area can be found on Pamo Road and has ample parking. This 7 mile out and back trail runs alongside Pamo Road and also connects with grasslands where cattle graze. It also crosses the Santa Ysabel creek and Temescal creek. Local wildlife includes deer, wild turkeys, bobcats, rattlesnakes, arroyo toads, vireo birds, hawks etc. Wildflowers and oak trees are also in the vicinity.
