This involves a little dirt driving on Kidd Lake Rd. You can extend this hike on either end. We start at the end of the road between Cascade Lakes. Lots of cobble on the trail, but great views of Devils Peak and even Castle Peak in the distance. Many enjoyed a swim at Long Lake on the way back.

Road to get down to the actual trail is not suitable for all vehicles. Had to park up by devils tower look out cause of the road. Other then that absolutely great and fairly easy for all
