Great view the whole way. The trail took us through a closed route. We didn’t finish the whole trail because you walk along the road quite a bit at the end. My dog was not having it, when cars passed by so fast. Did this trail 03/09/2020.

Parking gets crazy (at least on the weekends!) so get there early if you can. If not, just be prepared to walk a ways to the trailhead. Trail itself is really beautiful. Not too steep- def easy/ moderate. Lots of little trails so it’s easy to get confused but your generally just heading down towards the water so you can take different trails if you want. A little strange when you get to the bottom because you have to walk maybe a quarter mile on a popular road, but there is shoulder space. There is a turn off to the left that will take you down to a BEAUTIFUL lookout and then you can go down to the cove and water. I’ve never seen too many people down there, even on the weekends. Sometimes you see lots of sea lions on the rocks by the water! This is one of my favorite beach hikes!

Great trail I’ve been hiking here for a couple of years now and its only gotten more crowded. If you wake up early you can see bugs and lizards and bunnies hanging out on the trails .

We needed to cross a very heavily trafficked road and we were led by the app to an archery area

Wonderful!!!!

Beautiful trail, mostly open single track. The bottom part of the trail that goes out onto the bluff is along a busy highway, and a bit overgrown so I would use caution if you care to go all the way out onto the cliffs. The upper portions were extremely busy, but it probably has to do with the current pandemic and this being one of the few activities left.

this is a gorgeous hike with ocean views and wildflowers. parts of the trail are closed so we had to backtrack and use Burma road to cut across. this was 7 miles total and the walk back (all uphill) in the sun was no joke. walking along the road and crossing the street was not my favorite but the ocean view at the end was spectacular. we brought a picnic so this took us 4 hours total. definitely a good workout!

Part of Rim trail is closed, so we took Burma up at the cutoff, over to Ishibashi, and then curved around uphill to Crenshaw.

Some of the trails are closed so you have to navigate around

Good trail run. Even the closed section is accessible.
