Orange Terrace Park is a 0.7 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Riverside, California that offers scenic views and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for walking, nature trips, and birding and is accessible year-round.
One of the parks in Riverside. Open all year to everybody. Is an amazing park for all ages. Playground for kids, with basketball, concessions stand, picnic benches and gazebo.
Super easy running spot. Runkeeper logs one lap around at .9 miles. There are stairs through the middle of the park to up the cardio factor. The east and west sides of the park are very flat, while the north and south sides have a steady incline, making for nice variances. The early mornings are usually busy, but not overwhelmingly so, and people are generally very friendly. Lots of dogs, and there are doggy water fountains throughout. Busy evenings and weekends during Little League season.
Orange Terrace Park is an amazing park for all ages. A toddler-friendly playground is fun for the little ones, along with basketball courts and plenty of open space for the older set. This park holds four immaculate baseball fields with a concessions stand and restroom in the center. There are lights around the park, drinking fountains, bike racks, picnic benches and a gazebo. It is also one of the few parks to offer a parking lot off the street, as well as a great view of the mountains and lower Riverside.
