I have now hiked this trail three times. Always something new to see. The burnt trees (1990 Fire) offer unusual photo opportunities. There are two creek crossings. Best to hike when the creeks are low. Signs of wildlife everywhere. I even saw a Bear this time! Takes me about four hours round trip. Beautiful views of Bridalveil, Half Dome, and El Capitan.
