Saw a kingsnake. I hate snakes, but it was the first time I've seen a kingsnake. Pretty cool looking.

I don't think the trail is marked real well. And it's actually easier than I prefer. I only did 3/4 of it because it hit 85° by 9:30 and I got hot (I turned around at Oak Glen ). Lots of pretty flowers and trees and a wash that was already dry by the time I got to see it for the first time. Lots of coyote droppings but wildlife makes it exciting! I kept a good eye out ahead of me for snakes and didn't see any. This app. kept me on track as it was hard to determine where the trail was at times. I love this app! Great investment!
