My GPS (Garmin Fenix 5x) measured this trail at 16.8 miles (with a few mistakes on my part) and ~5,300 feet in elevation.

Gorgeous views and mostly gradual elevation gains (assuming you're here to put some elevation work in).

Water available at the Mt. Diablo parking area. I ran this during an unseasonably warm winter day - would imagine this trail to be particularly hard during warm summer months given amount of exposure.
