Unless you consider martial arts studios to be part of the arts district, the trail name is a bit of a misnomer. Neighborhood vibe here is definitely more Valley Village than Arts District. It's a pleasant enough path around a city park, though for long stretches you are parallel to either Tujunga Boulevard or the Hollywood freeway. The Amelia Earhart memorial and library across Magnolia was kinda interesting, but overall, the people watching isn't all that. NoHo has come a long way, but it's still not WeHo.

Have walked around this park 500 times and will continue to do so cause I live right by it. Take in the glory of NoHo. The skaters. The doggies. The homeless. The food trucks (on Thursdays). The actors taking their head shots. The Amelia Earhart statue and library. The fire station. The Starbucks nearby. It’s all here folks! North Hollywood, California!

It’s a park not a hiking trail. Lots of dogs out leash and out of control by pet owners. Good place jogging and workout !

Good place to run. Just a simple path (not really a trail). Little area to work out (North East corner). Lots of people walking and/or playing with their dogs (but that could be good or bad for you personally). Also, I’ve been running here for years, with several different GPS devices (and checked it on Google Earth), and it’s 0.9 miles (.91 to be precise) for one lap (if you dip all the way into the sharp (Southern) tip of the path). Not too bad, but I do have to plan around this... Pretty sure there’s a “Food Truck Collective” every Thursday evening, as well (North side of Magnolia, across from the park) (as of 5.10.18).

Great place to jog or walk. Nice park with lots of trees. The loop is just under a mile.
