Awesome views to the southwest including the southern Napa valley, San Pablo Bay, Napa-Sonoma marshes, north bay hills, and Mount Tamalpais. Be aware that cattle grazing is allowed here and there are lots of prickly and thorny bushes in spots along the trail. The north loop trail closes during raptor breeding season. Trailhead had a port-a-potty, but no running water. Nice cool breeze out of the west when there is fog at the coast, but can be hot and exposed in summer.
Bummed that the north trail was closed but an easy uphill hike!
It was a great view. I just didn't like how the road was messed up, but other than that, it's pretty nice.
Gorgeous! Running or hiking. The north side of the loop is closed though so you have to go out and back.
Really hard to find never really got there but the view while trying to was pretty.
Beautiful in the spring. Rolling green hills. The noise from the creek.
