Great hour-long loop. Not too many people on MDW. Some parts are narrow, but easy to let people pass. 50% people wearing masks during covid-19, but not too crowded so it’s not anxiety inducing.

Beautiful views of the canyon and the Valley. An easy moderate hike.

Nice trail with some even better views of the Valley! There are a good number of bugs, but you would probably fare far better during the winter like I did. I did get turned around at one point around the North side of the AllTrails map of the area, but other than that, very good overall!

Mostly easy with randomly tricky steep inclines, not very balanced overall. But keeps things surprising.

Made our own route. Nice little 2-2.5km loop. Worth noting that one track on AllTrails wasn’t a track (where I doubled back a little) but then there is a route that isn’t on AllTrails.

Great views. Lots of tiny flies this time of year. Small creek, not for playing in. Trail was slightly altered near the homes. When you are going to head back up, walk slightly further toward a gap that looks like a trail and use it to head up.

Great short trail, probably a good go to trail. A few great vistas, a few great creeks and little places of shade, and that's it! Really good, and they have a parking lot.

Was trying to do the loop, but one part was washed out from the rain and it wasn’t accessible. Probably could’ve made a path up but was looking for a easy trail run route.

An easy relaxing walk with great views! Lots of beautiful homes in the area. The 360 view of the mountains around sunset is so surreal.

This is good for a quick “clear your mind” hike. Solid views and a nice forested portion. Not a tough workout but you’ll break a sweat. Fairly busy, with homes in view for most of the trail. Lots of detours so using the AllTrails GPS is very helpful!

I absolutely love this trail. You can make it almost 10 miles long round-trip if you do it right. It’s just gorgeous I love it!

Getting lost made it especially fun as we scaled back uphill turning it into a more strenuous hike. :)

Beautiful but short. About 35 minutes to make the loop, not including the out and back extension above Laurel Canyon Drive. Add the extension for an extra 20 minutes making the hike just under an hour. Perfect!

will try trail towards fryman canyon b/c the first half was lovely. The back half of the loop is what lowered my rating.
