Nadeau and Mitchell Trails is a 4.6 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Newhall, California that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking and mountain biking and is best used from October until May. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

The first half mile or so up the Mitchell Trail to the Placerita Trail is beautiful, with great views of Placerita Canyon. After the ridge, though, the view changes as you descend into suburban tract housing. The hike back up to the ridge is a long grind on a boring fire road.
