A lovely short loop hike with nice views and informative signs. There are benches where the view is the best. Tried to follow the path to the Muir house and section, but you can only enter through the side on Alhambra.
Very pleasant! Nice fire road + well-cleared trails in rolling oak-covered hills. No bathrooms . . .
I can see it getting muddy in the winter but it has been dry for a while so it was great. Semi steep start but once you're up it's beautiful and only a little bit of up and down.
