Great little trail. Starts off a little steep for beginners but great to strengthen your legs and Stanama

Pretty steady incline t begin with, then once you're at the top it gets easy. The trail goes from super wide, to a narrow walking path. I think I might use the start for training for upcoming Jiu Jitsu comps.

Nice little climb to get you breathing right and then a little loop on top to take in a few sights and then the descent back. Across the road on the bottom is another nice little hike.

I had a pleasant hiked in a late afternoon in July. The weather was dry and with cool breeze so it wasn't hot at all. Trail was short but with scenic views.

Saw this on weekend Sherpa, great views and escape from city. Yes there's tics but also great side trails, flat trails, orchard and vineyard trails, even a pig resort!

Nice dog friendly trail, but watch for ticks.

Nice trail with great views from the top. Go now while the hills are green and walk in the footsteps of John Muir himself!

We loved this trail! The views were great and right now everything on the ground was really green. We'll be back.

Nice little trail, great views and a bench on top to relax. Will do it again. Can't wait to do it at night with starry skies.

Great trail with a variety of different little trail off shoot options. Lot's of wild life out on early morning hikes (Deer, Coyotes, Wild Turkey's, Skunks & Birds). Several different benches and picnic tables to utilize for push ups or to relax and enjoy the view. Cool Mt. Diablo sunrise views. Much more scenic in the winter. Caution: With the clay type dirt, when it rains, it gets real slick real quick. Recommend hiking poles in wet conditions.

Good trail for a late afternoon walk/hike. Great view of Mt. Diablo and the Sacramento River from Mount Wanda.

Back for a quick hike. Enough to have the juices flowing. I saw a few trail runners. Good for them! Going up is a challenge. Coming down, a breeze! Better start early in summer. It gets hot.

Mt. Wanda was muddy! but it was gorgeous. We started the day a little late to avoid hiking under a heavy rain. I had my poncho ready but I guess some people just don't hike in rain... The views were good. The climb was nice. The weather improved and cooperated the rest of the morning.
