Definitely a beautiful sunrise hike!!! Absolutely gorgeous views. This is definitely not a “hard” hike. Somewhere between easy and moderate with a slow and steady climb up to the top. Not bad at all. Watch for signage in parking in the surrounding neighborhoods. The gate to the entrance of the trailhead doesn’t have an opening so you have to climb through the middle of it.
A wide clear trail with low traffic on a Sunday afternoon. I wouldn’t do this one on a hot day. Great views!
The trail on itself is very dry but the views are worth it ! I kept going to the following view point because I loved being up high :)
Great workout. Beautiful views. Perfect this time of year. Would be very hot in the summer do to little to no cover.
Parking is slightly tricky since some of the nearby streets have restricted permit parking only. Please watch the signs so you don't get towed.
Incline the whole way there, but not difficult (for me); great views of the city; very dry a crusty brush (a fire waiting to happen).
Great steady incline. Trail pretty evenly packed for beginner level trail runners. GORGEOUS views on a clear day.
I’d say it should be moderate, not hard. Fire road all the way up. Great views. Half shaded in the morning.
Very open road. Consistent incline. Would consider this a moderate hike. Beautiful views of the Foothills, Glendale, Burbank, and DTLA.
Steady fire road climb. Just know you’ll park a quarter mile plus away from the trailhead.
this hike was all uphill on a hard pan Fire Road but the views from the top we're pretty good if you have bad knees I don't recommend it
