Did this hike and Hermann's hike together in March with the wild flowers. LOVED IT - only draw back is the hike back along the road. Best is to drive 2 cars.

Best at the beginning of March when all the wild flowers are blooming

Very pretty, and fairly easy. We took the McCallum trail through the Thousand Palms Oasis and around McCallum pond then back to the Moon Country Trail. Take a stop from the trail to enjoy the view from atop Vista Point it is truly gorgeous.
