I always hike this trail! And I love it! It’s challenging at parts yet there’s some nice plat parts at the top too. The view is also stunning! Yeah

Nothing too special. Mostly rocky with no shade. Views are nice but it’s right off the freeway so freeway noise takes away from the peacefulness of it.

This one was steep and super rocky. A lot of foot traffic! I would do this one again but not on a weekend.

I hiked this trail about 6 days ago. The trail was very steep, but it was not that difficult if you are an experienced hiker. There was an American flag at the top and a lot of butterflies. Be sure to bring water. There was plenty of parking.

Lovely Mountain a few years ago when no one knew about it. Now this beautiful Mountain is trashed by hikers, plastic bottles, beer cans, Codiv 19 masks, and more disgusting stuff, enormous dogs poops everywhere. So very sad indeed, we are the Virus.

Trail is open. Beautiful flowers. Nice vistas from the loop trail. You can hear highway traffic unfortunately almost throughout, except for at the very top.

Mother’s Day hike. Some good steep up to the top. Good workout. Rocky, so wear good shoes. We, as elder hikers used our walking poles. No coverage on trail. If sunny bring plenty of water. 2 options, the straight up and down and the loop trail which adds some additional vistas and an extra mile plus. People respectful during our time of social distancing. Easy street parking.

This trail was okay. It is heavily eroded in place which makes for a less than pleasant descent. If hiking in the afternoon there is little shade so make sure to bring sunscreen! The views are pretty nice, but when we did it there was litter at the peak, which was a bummer.

Very steep, if you are old or your knees are bad I would stay away, but it is open.

Great trail with some good climbs! We recorded it being 4.6mi. Stay LEFT at the first fork, the climb gets steep however if you don't like steep rocky downhills going up to the left is the way to go, much easier on the knees. Once you reach the peak (with the flag) head back down and when you can choose to go back the way you came up or go left, hang a left again to make the loop. This downhill is much easier, there's actually some stairs at the steepest part and then a good part of it is paved as you come around the water storage (I'm guessing?). There's a little uphill again as you finish out the loop and connect back to where you started but much easier than the rest of the trail and a gradual climb.
