Mile Square Regional Park Kid's Nature Trail is a 4 mile heavily trafficked loop trail located near Fountain Valley, California that features beautiful wild flowers. The trail is good for all skill levels and primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Mile square park is great for brushing up on your endurance. 4 miles around but also 2 separate trails inside park winding through picnic areas around lakes and in between ducks :) great for daily jogging or leisurely strolls

It's a nice walk through a local regional park. Good for fresh air and light exercise. Usually pretty crowded. There are some nice places to sit and picnic though.
