It's not a difficult trail though the consistent up and down increase the entertainment value of the trail. This would be a great trail for a trail run. Wear a hat.

Do this loop! For any hike in the Las Virgenes Highlands, this trail has the very best vistas for the greatest length of trail. There are great views for the entire loop. It's also a relatively easy hike. Some gain but no steep slopes. Great hike for all levels. Do not do this hike on a sunny warm day as there is absolutely no shade.

Pretty easy trail but still some good hills. As a beginner I struggled on some of the steeper climbs. I would recommend taking a second look at the map before you go out. The turn to make the trail a loop is an easy miss!

Nice little walk, beautiful views but everything is so dry right now. We must have walked down the wrong trail because we didn't loop around and we had to walk back.

Nice beginners trail with wide open vistas and wide trails. Good for horseback and cycling. A favorite place for cross country practices. The rolling hills are picturesque and the scattered trees are old and majestic. Not much wildlife except for the children that are brought here to experience the joys of hiking.

Great trail. This trail actually intertwines with the Las Virgines trail. I did a huge circle and went about 7.20 miles. Scenery is fantastic. Would go again!

The Victory Trailhead is one of the entrance points to the Upper Las Virgenes Canyon Open Space Preserve. The Victory Trailhead has a junction with two main trails. This is the second trail which goes south through the Preserve to the Laskey Mesa area, and then on to Upper Las Virgenes Canyon. Rolling hills and beautiful views will accompany you on this trip.
