Easy walk with dog and lots of shade .... quiet even though you’re by 56. There was no scrambling or washed out or rocky areas at all.

I can't find any parking anywhere near the documented trail. Please help! There is no street parking near the start anymore due to private property signs and no street parking. I went the next exit down and there's still nothing close. I'm really disappointed because this is so close to my work.

Great trail for hikers and bikers! Green from beginning to end. I truly enjoy this trail at least 3 times a week!

This was a good walking, biking, or running trail close to home. It's not worth driving a long distance to get to but if you live in the area it's worth the trip. There is a nice dirt parking area that had plenty of room to park when I went on a Saturday afternoon. The trail is paved and there is a wide dirt path beside the paved trail if you prefer the dirt path. The dirt path is officially a horse path, but I only saw one horse the entire way. There was no horse droppings to contend with. The trail was mostly level and an easy walk. It is two miles until the end and then of course two miles back. I couldn't see the cars at all from the trail and could barely hear them. For a level city walk it was quite nice.

Didn’t love it. Being so close to the roads killed it for me. The horse ranch is pretty cool though.

moderate traffic. well groomed, paved trail. prettier than the average San Diego trail. side street parking outside the pet boarding place. slightly hidden unlocked gate to access entrance.
