Marina Point is a 0.6 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Morro Bay, California that offers the chance to see wildlife. The trail is good for all skill levels and primarily used for walking, camping, and birding.
A short, easy trail from the marina in Morro Bay. This trail follows the edge of the peninsula at Marina Point, briefly goes into the estuary and ends up back at the Marina. Currently a trail of various conditions. It is wide and smooth up to the point of the peninsula. There are a view side paths but those parallel and re-enter the main trail. The condition of the back side of the trail is determined by the tides. It can be very muddy. Boardwalk under construction
Nice and easy.
This is an easy and pleasant trail. Short and sweet. A wide path takes you out to the point of the marina. Nice view of the marina and bay. There are little side trails that parallel the main path and they all come back to it. When the loop turns back, the back part of the trail can be tricky. Depending on the tides, it can be muddy or impassable. There is a boardwalk under construction. The path circles around for a brief walk along the estuary and ends up back in the marina parking lot.
