We started via the Point Mariah and Sterling route. Using loop directions provided by http://onthesummit.net/wordpress/activities/trails/royal-gorge-area-trails/mariah-point/, this was a beautiful route with wildflowers, summit views, pleasant climbs and descents. As we completed this loop, it is a six mile loop with 1100 elevation gain. AllTrails should modify their map to reflect this better loop option. PS. "Hellman's" is the correct spelling, not "Helman's" as noted in AllTrails. . .probably named after Warren Hellman of San Francisco, who was a steward of this area's lands and beauty.
