Lower Chilnualna Falls Trail is a 0.6 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Yosemite National Park, California that features a waterfall and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, and birding and is best used from March until October.
A short but steep hike up to the base of Chilnualna Falls in Yosemite National Park This hike will only take about 30 minutes round trip and will bring you to a beautiful waterfall with a great swimming hole at the base. You can climb up the trail further and scramble up a few rocks to find another waterfall above with an even bigger swimming pool. If you are itching for even more of a hike consider continuing up the trail another 4 miles to the top of Chilnualna Falls where you can see some roaring cascades and great views of the Wawona valley.
