Hike gives a great overview of Main Marsh in Coyote Hills Regional Park.

This was a beautiful hike. I saw birds, pelicans, rabbits and deer on this trail. The gate opens at 8am for cars but you can park further away if you want to start earlier like I did. No lizards on trail and I was totally ok with that.. There were a few hikers early in the morning which surprised me. No dogs allowed, so leave your furry friend at home.

Not as nice as some of the other trails at Coyote Hills. Very short hike with not much elevation change, so perfect for beginners. There are no dogs allowed on Lizard Rock trail. My suggestion would be to start with this trail then hike up Red Hill Loop.
