We didn’t go to the end, but this was a really nice trail. The trail was shady for the majority of our hike. We have done several hikes at Lake Sonoma and they are well maintained and marked. The creek was mostly dried up, but there was enough for the dog to get a drink and for both of us to get a little splash to cool off. Other than hearing the boats and their blasting music, we didn’t run into anyone. We were able to access the lake for the dog to swim. This was moderate because of elevation changes, but the trail was easy to travel on. Only bummer was the last mile back was uphill.
