So. Many. Mosquitos. We had to turn around it got so bad. Would’ve loved to see the rest.

Easy hike with kids. Loved seeing the buildings on the historical site. Can’t wait to go back when they are doing tours.

AM and Sunset favorite :)

Tried doing this hike the other day and sadly that little area is CLOSED and no public access is allowed due to COVID. My boyfriend and I had to find another hike close by that was still open.

Nice transition from forest to beach stroll. Lots of dogs in the area. Beautiful lake views with information plaques lining the trails like bread crumbs. Tallac Historic site is interesting as it is beautiful.

The area to park is currently closed for the season but you an still park out on the road and walk back to the trail

Very enjoyable even with the crowds. Came a couple weeks ago and saw the Kokanee salmon migrating.

This was a beautiful trail! The views of the lake were gorgeous. It is flat and very relaxing. It was such a fun surprise to walk to the Tallac Historical site. The estates that are there are so charming. Even though the buildings were closed for the season it is a must see. Full of history and craftsmanship.

It’s a beautiful loop that is easy to do. If your in the area and want to stretch your legs this is great for you.

This is a nice little trail I found when I decided to take a look at the visitors center. The trail is really nice by the lake and in the forest. I did this trail 3 different days just to go swimming. That's the best part of this trail there is many beautiful swimming locations along the way!

Very easy. Have a 15 yr old who needs a hip replacement and she really enjoyed it. Plenty to see for my 8 yr old boy who is hard to please. Easy parking and access. Excellent for families.

Beautiful trail that starts out with huge views, goes to lake side beaches, then through historic buildings and lake side museum. Fun, easy, and educational!

This was a very nice, interesting, easy trail that is great for all ages. The only criticism was that it was not well marked and hard to figure out at some points.

Great trail. Goes along the lake and by the museum exhibits. Plenty of parking

As others mentioned, not a heavy hike, but an awesome walking trail. We took our time getting to the historic site and wandered through some of the building. Peaceful and great walking along the lake. A definite quick getaway.

This trail and beach are perfect for dogs. We played ball at the beach with our golden. She loved it especially swimming in the water. It was cold but shallow. The historical site is also very interesting. I recommend this trail especially if you have a dog that loves water. The trail itself is very easy.
