Nice (easy) walk around the lake, as of today the dam was open so we could do the whole loop, done in about two hours. Next time we’ll rent a kayak :)

Highly recommend! Lots of traffic, both bikes and walkers/runners, but they have great amenities ie: restrooms, trash cans, concessions, picnic tables, and workout bars.

very nice bike ride with the kids today. easy trail with small ups and downs that the kids could handle. looking at the parking lot I thought the trail would be very crowded, but because its a long loop it didn't seem crowded at all

Went here yesterday (June 16th, 2020) and the dam gate was open so walking the loop was possible. It has a sign saying the gate closes at 8pm but I think it’s open starting from a specific time, unfortunately I don’t recall what it was. Very nice walk, super easy with beautiful views.

Difficulty: Easy Mileage: ~5 Pets: Dog friendly View: Lake View What to bring: At least 1 liter of water, hat Parking: lot (plenty of space) Fee: Free Time: ~1.5 to 2 hours Super easy walk around the lake. Plenty of parking but sometimes it full and you’ll have to park on the side. They have a “road” around the lake and to the right it’s walking and left to pass, which is nice. In the summer months it’s really hot. Just bring enough water. Overall good 5 mile walk or run!

Nice trail and views. Busy. Minus a star for their being motorized traffic allowed for most of the trail.

Nice easy paved walk around the lake. Great for all levels. There are a lot of bike riders so be aware of who’s coming up behind you. There are some trails along the way that can increase the activity level as well.

Nice easy trail. Bathrooms are located throughout the 5 miles. Remember to stay to the right and pass on the left. There are bicyclists that use this trail as well! Be safe, hydrate and leave the trail beautiful for the next generation!

Arrived at 7 and was met with a sea of people in groups. The walk was saved by the bike trail. Although, it was very muddy it was worth it.
