Nice easy trail. Good for a first hike after not hiking for a while. After a very short initial uphill climb, the trail is flooded the entire way around a small scenic lake.

Easy hike. Mostly flat. Take dog & kids. Would do it again easily for a quick run, solo hike. Didn’t think it was that badly trafficked. Everyone was quiet pleasant on the trails. Go to Fairfax after and enjoy the community!

First time here. The trail is an easy walk. With all the rain we had the Greek and falls were full. Loved the redwood trees and reservoir. Perfect for a 1 to 2 hour hike. Fairfax downtown is nearby and worth a visit.

Nice easy walk, mostly flat. Shade, forest trail on the west side and sunny on the east side. I suggest to start at the water dam parking side early afternoon, and hike around the lake counterclockwise for a pleasant sunset final loop ending. Shore fishing is common on this last segment.

Hiked this trail a while ago. It is easy. The wild flowers, be careful of the poison ivy. Lots of shade, good on a hot day.

Need to get the family and the dogs out for a stretch, this is the spot. Short uphill from the parking lot and you are on the loop. Shady all the way around. At the end everybody can say they went hiking and as we all know a good dog is a tired dog.
