Trail definitely in rolling hills, and I think some with asthma or arthritis might have a problem. You start off facing the lake, and traveling alongside it for a bit, then veer off. I altered it a bit to not include a small part that veered off onto a dirt trail (at about the halfway mark where it loops back) and up a fairly steep incline, and instead walked around the big community park (baseball and soccer fields, playground area, and a serene little sitting area, etc.) that’s right there. I enjoyed it. (I didn’t record entire walk because I had gone off trail. You can clearly see park area —Benicia Community Park—in a large circular/oval shape on the map.)

Great little walk. Mostly wide paved trail, small portion is a fire road/gravel. Pretty views. Only hill you will encounter will be on way back up, but if you are reasonably fit, it’s no problem.

Great if you’re looking for a short walk. A few semi steep hills. Nice views of Lake Herman. Plenty of benches to stop and rest along the way.
