Kirby Park Trail is a 1 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Watsonville, California that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding and is accessible year-round.
The gate was locked at the road so that is where we and others had to park. It didn't feel very safe to leave our car there. Lots of spray painted signs and empty beer bottles. Otherwise, beautiful scenery.
Enjoyable, easy, paved trail with views of the water and hills. Had a faint musty odor due to the stagnant nature of a slough. Overall, relaxing & fun.
