Great hike. Pretty much had the whole trail to myself during my hike from 6:40am - 9:00am.

Trail was good. Don’t go off the trail to try to connect with Keller Rd as there are home owners that are pissy and won’t let you pass even though it’s really not a Private road. Go early for sunrise photos!

I got a late start around 10 and I would not recommend that. There is very little shade and I would have started about 8. that aside nice trail to train

The trail was good for the most part, but I had to keep the app open most of the time because nothing is marked along the trail and it was giving me notifications that I was going off road (course). On the last mile it had me going through some very tight brush that was really only suitable for a mountain bike, and was a bit worried that I was going to run into a rattlesnake. All in all the trail was more than moderate in some areas and adequately moderate in most areas.

I've enjoyed this trail a lot as someone starting over again who hasn't done any hiking in over 2 years or so. It's easy enough, but definitely got my heart pumping again. My friend took me to the Left side where it was a little steep, and it was enough to let me know that I was so out of shape. This morning she took me on the right side which was flatter, so it was very doable. I've been 4 times already and its been really good so far. lots of hikers and bikers as well. Just be curtious, and you'll have a great -pumping time!

It is a good hike for being “close to home”. There are some areas that have overgrowth which is sketchy in the summer heat. Everyone is pretty considerate of each other as far as hiking/biking.

Nice distance, around 5.5 miles. The only thing was about half a mile on a portion of the trail there is a lot of overgrown brush. Besides that I had a good hike.

This time I took the trail to the right (last time i went left and there were lots of mountain bikers) and it was much better. The scenery was way more beautiful with many photo ops. It does help to have the map open so u know u are on the actual trail as there are many many offshoot trails along the way.

Trail was great. Not hard at all. One side of the loop is pretty treacherous, we were coming down it. Super overgrown and abandoned, but not hard. There was trash but it didn't take away from the pretty views.

Bring lots of water. Take a small rest in the trees before you hit the main loop as it’s hot out there (8-10am). The view from the top is great. Mix of trails and fire roads makes it pretty fun. Only lost the trail once but a quick double back and we headed up!

It’s a nice hike! I came early in the day so i didn’t run into a lot of people, just a couple of mountain bikers. Trail is pretty wide most of the trail, you get to a point where the bushes are overgrown. The reason why i didn’t give a 5 star it’s because of the super narrow and hard to walk on trail (which is like 0.5 mi of the whole trail) and because theres a lot of trash laying around. Other than that it’s a nice hike!

Did this hike with my 12 year old. An overall easy trail although there are some pretty dicey and overgrown parts on the north side of the big loop. The path is really wide for the most part. Wide enough to drive a car down. Although, it narrows in spots. There is weird trash along the trail. I saw a mattress pretty deep in and on the mountain side. Not a lot of hip support and smelled like pee. Overall, this is a good hike. Bring plenty of water.

Fun trail. We only did a small loop but beautiful views and low amount of people. The area we walked was easy and wide paths.
