Great flat trail, nice trail/neighborhood hybrid walk. Very slight incline going out that isn’t even noticeable. Great early morning walk

nice trail for walking or jogging, or learning how to ride a mountain bike. I took my wife, since she's just transitioning from a single speed cruiser. Was very slightly inclined one direction, so good for someone to get some confidence on riding dirt, and learning how to shift. A few little bumps in there to learn how to adjust you weight etc. otherwise, if you're an experienced rider, beautiful for a quick ride.

The trail inclines so slowly it’s barely noticeable. Easy. Pretty. Fun to hear the birds and see the squirrels. Will definitely do again.

... Trail actually offers two paths running parallel to each other where one is paved and the other has a dirt surface. Great views of neighborhood and surrounding parks. Saw a few rabbits and plenty of lizards along the dirt trail. Minimal overhead canopy but some shade is provided by trees. Very well maintained trail through a nice neighborhood.

Easy trail. Excellent choice for beginners who want to walk or walk-jog. I take my clients here for assessment and pretty much this place become one of the favorites because of the double choice: Paved or Dirt Trail. Beautiful scenery and sounds of wildlife. There’s a slight elevation but barely noticeable. Very good when working on cardiovascular activities.

It's basically a neighborhood trail, but it's secluded enough for a nice walk in the outdoors. Surrounded by beautiful trees and very nice houses. Offers a dirt path and cement path for both bikers and hikers. I like to bike there, and I've never had trouble with crowds because it's big enough to accommodate everybody. On one end, it connects to the Peters Canyon Side Trail and on the other end connects to Jeffrey Trail.

This was the first "trail" that I every went mountain biking on. Up to the side of the gravel is a small ridge that is good to ride on. If you are a kid that wants to try out biking while not going too far from home, and also not venturing onto steep hills then this is the trail for you. For running though I do like this because it isn't a track and it is close to a 5k.

Great for those looking for a sand/dirt track that’s easy on the knees. Secluded and does not cross any major streets through the help of tunnels under bridges.

I wouldn’t consider this for a hike. If you want a nice walk it would be good as long as you’re okay with walking on a bike path between neighborhoods.

Flat, curated suburban trail for dog-walks... Goes no-where... just a mile or two for joggers.
