Has a great uphill at the beginning. It’s perfect for warming up the glutes. :) the rest of the trail is fairly easy. You can jog it in about 15 minutes depending on your physical condition. It’s a fun place for mountain biking, with lots of small hills for beginners. Definitely recommend.
