Good hike! Dog friendly and open... make sure to be early, the first part of the hike is pretty full of people but if you complete the whole loop it gets fairly lonely.

It's was just beautiful after the rain. The Tarik was well kept and the views were gorgeous. It was closed because of the rain but it was really easy to hop the fance.

nice hike with good elevation gain + distance that doesn't burn you out. good panoramas of the city and wasn't that crowded on a weekday. entrance is right off 7th Ave and trails are marked well

Good hike, moderate to hard depending on your fitness level. Not easy. Secluded areas, well traveled but would not hike alone. Nice scenery. Will definitely go back,

Do not depend on GPS for directions. It led me to Rose Hills Cemetery on Workman Mill Road.

This was an awesome trail! Starts out with some decent climbing in elevation then opens up once you crest the peak. The power towers are so majestic up close, and the water tower is a fun trip!

Lots of hills to climb. Keep a lookout for snakes. A lot of people use this trail and it's we'll defined. Many routes to choose from. Coyote trail offers a lot of shade and so does Oak Canyon. The water tower trail has the hardest hills.
