This is just a large, completely flat, wide open gravel road. Serene. Lots of people pulled over to the side fishing.

Boring gravel road. Ok for testing out 4 wheel drive or suspension work, etc.

As an off road drive it is just 8 miles of washboard. As scenic drive it is pretty, but didn’t see a lot of wildlife. Suspect area most used for fishing, hunting and dog training.

All Trails has an off road driving tag applied. This is better described as a scenic drive, as it is paved and then gravel the entire way. It is a pretty drive. Wonderful for bird watching as you’re surrounded by marsh lands. Great fishing spots at many points along the way, most with port-o-potties too.

This is not a there and back hike, it’s a one way 17.7mi hike mostly paved and eventually goes into gravel. Recommend driving it, check in with family say your goodbyes and well wishes your feet might fall off.
