There is a parking lot to the Grassy Lake Trailhead, located within the Lakes Basin Campground. It is free to park. When you return on this loop, you will walk through the Bear Lakes Trailhead and then a small nature trail that cuts back through the campground. Certain times of the year, this short nature trail is loaded with the most beautiful wildflowers in the area, it's the icing on the cake for this hike.

Great loop trail! Hand written signs help you stay on track. Various elevations to trek through, taking you through covered areas to full sun exposure. Some mosquitos this time of year. Bring a swimsuit if you like swimming! One of the lakes is easily accessible from the trail. I even saw some people paddle boarding, so there must be access from another side of the lake.
