Moderately strenuous hike through Redwood Regional Park in Oakland, CA. This loop will give you a great opportunity to see the variety of nature in the park with a decent uphill climb at the end to get to Redwood Peak.
Awesome hike! We did the French instead of stream trail. Keep your eyes peeled on the map it’s easy to get lost. Challenging but not hard.
Nice long moderate trail if you take your time. Overall elevation gain is almost 1800 ft. for the whole trail. Enjoy!
Not as hard as expected. More of a moderate hike. Lots of lovely shade.
