we did this hike in the middle of the day. and it's kind of secluded and it's back into a canyon but it's a fire road that ends up coming real close to Trail Canyon waterfall it's a moderate hike but it's all uphill. one of the guys we ran into said that you can take the road all the way to Sylmar. we went approximately 4 miles

this trail is closed. Do not come here. There is a newly installed fence with private property signs posted all around the entrance. It looks like a beautiful hike. It goes straight down into the valley/canyon under a large bridge. But as I said this trail entrance is closed. You might be able to sneak into it if you are just hiking by yourself but if you bring a dog they will be unable to pass over the fence.I have no idea how someone would be able to close the entrance to a public Trail under the guise of private property.

This trail is open to the public as of February 2019 per Park Ranger. Absolutely gorgeous trail, nature overload bro! The views are intense and it is wild back in the canyon! Be safe, try not to go alone! Not for kids, you are deep in the wilderness here without any signal to your phone or devices.. This is an absolute must do for the hiking enthusiast!!!

I have to say I like this hike, it is very peaceful. Please mind that they don't want people to be hiking it now due to recent fires however if you leave super early and are out but 9 am you won't have any issues. It's a fun trail that utilizes a fire road so if you are not a fan of bushwhacking then this one is for you.

Nice little fun hike. There isn't much to see until the end of the hike where we climb up the side of a ridge.
