Trail name listed is deceiving as the map listed and description is showing most of the complete Kortum Trail. This is only a review for the section between Blind beach and Goat Rock Beach. Beach was very busy due to the Fourth of July weekend, not as secluded as I would have like but the views were great. A heavy fog rolled in just as we made it to Goat rock and had completely covered the area by the time we made it back to the top of the Blind beach parking area.

Not dog friendly! Came out here with my dog and family and got yelled at by park rangers for having my dog. Beautiful views but watch out for snakes.

Great trail run! Trail really starts at Blind beach so try to park there. And trail keeps going all the way to Wright's beach so no need to stop where the tracing does. It's the Kortum trail.

Goat's head beach is awesome. I love this area where the Russian river empties into the Pacific. Jenner must be a crime free community. Been here twice. Beach is so secluded you can take off in all directions and still feel the solitude. Gets a 3 out of 5 because of the heavy surf that prohibit surfing or swimming (stay on top of the berm!).

not really a hike. nice beach on the ocean. lots of seals hang out in the cove area. didn't make it over to goat rock but you could see it from the beach.
