It was quite a busy trail and I found it to be a bit shorter than expected

Surprising how you can feel a million miles away from the city in glen canyon. First time I’ve ever been and it was way bigger than I thought, plus tacking on twin peaks at the end was nice. Would do again.

Very windy once you get to twin peaks but worth the view! Otherwise a great hike.

Nice combination of hidden trails along with a Twin Peaks summit. Lots of wildflowers and interesting crags. Be prepared for warm weather in Glen Canyon and windy/chilly weather on Twin Peaks.

Cool woodsy trail in the middle of the city. Great for kids and dog friendly. You will cross a couple of streets but, not a problem. The trail is easy to follow. At the beginning of the Glen Canyon trail there is a rec center with bathrooms. At the top of Twin Peaks there are restrooms as well. Beautiful rock formations, large trees and sounds of birds.

What a neat and unique hike in an urban area. Glen park is wonderful with rock formations and blackberry bushes throughout. Most importantly, it’s a dog friendly hike. We thoroughly enjoyed the views up top on twin peaks. A bit breezy, but a worthwhile trek.

Very good work-out trail. You can get rather consistent incline all the way from Glen Canyon to the top of the twin peaks. The Glen Canyon portion is extremely pleasant now after the park renovation. Walking in the canyon, you forget that you are in the city, because you are surrounded by woods and don’t see paved roads/vehicles — that is one unique characteristic of Glen Canyon making it a better hike to me than other nearby hills such as Bernal height. Reaching the twin peaks is quite rewarding with The unobstructed view of downtown. The only unfavorable part on this trail is that you need to cross a big intersection with traffic light, and then cross back and forth on the vehicle road leading up to the twin peaks several times.

Great views from Twin Leaks, and surprisingly nestled away trail in Glen Canyon. Not bad for urban hiking!

It was a nice trail! Not hard at all, no big steeps! The trails in Glen Park are pretty, and the view of SF you get at the top of Twin Peaks is as best as it gets.
