We took the narrow paths from the fire road, which made it much better. The noise from the 405 is constant, though. Great views into Bel Air.

There’s a fire road and a bushy trail alongside it so this can be made as a narrow loop. Beautiful views. Street parking.

Loved going up the road and back down through the brush for a little more dynamic walk/jog

It was an okay hike with decent incline and views of insane mansions. There was no shade though and not a lot of pretty sights

Steep in parts, but easy overall. Doesn't feel like you've left the city, but the views are nice and it's easy to access.

A perfect moderate workout trail. Easy to get some sun and nice views. Glad I checked it out. Take Casiano Rd until it ends.

Nice hike. Only bummer is that the freeway is nearby but other than than it’s great. Beautiful view of LA.

After a bad day at work I checked all trails and saw this beauty literally five minutes from my office. This hidden gem had amazing views and for Los Angeles was literally and figuratively a breath of fresh air. Nothing difficult, but got a good sweat and literally this was nobody else here I was the only one. 145-245pm and still should get a head start on traffic. If you work around here and are stressed out do this hike. Better than therapy.

Great trail for our elderly dog, super easy. Wide path, clear as day where to go, and nice views all around, every step of the way. Took us two attempts to find the trailhead - for whatever reason, Google Maps tried to take us to the N end of the trail, near where Sepulveda crosses under the 405. Our second attempt took us the correct way to 1399 Casiano Rd, the Southern trailhead. Great easy hike!

Nice short trail perfect for the evening before sunset. It's fully exposed, but well maintained even after the fire. Beautiful views of the Getty & into Santa Monica. Hike around rush hour to enjoy a laugh at the shmucks sitting in traffic!

I enjoyed my hike, it was simple and not difficult on my knees. It has great views of LA, The Getty Center and you can get a glimpse of homes in Bel Air. The hike is clear but you can see the plant life regrowing from last years fires. Oh and this location is great for sunset!!!! I'm going back to see it soon.

This trail is ok. Not bad for a light somewhat scenic hike.

This was the perfect sunset hike- it's very easy in terms of incline and length but the views are pretty cool right around dusk. The sun setting over the mountains and reflecting on the city, and even out to the ocean was beautiful. The road itself is a little rocky in parts, so my dog didn't love that on her feet but there's some smoother patches that were ok. There are many hills with ridges to climb up to get a better view of the city.

I happened to be in this area, so took a chance on this trail. Yelp reviews claimed it was closed. Its very open, just not from the old trailhead. Instead park at 1399 Casiano Road 90094. Right where the road ends is the trailhead, you can walk up the fireroad, but I went right and up the hillside, this path is more interesting. Nice enough if you are close, but not worth a special trip. Street parking.
