super fun hike. Challenging, great views, no people on the trail, and so close to LA. The trail is overgrown in many spots, so wear pants. Also it's a bit washed out on some steep slopes, so be careful. But the views from the top, the wilderness solitude, and the adventure of going off the heavily tracked trails that most people go on, make it all worth it.
