Very challenging hike for hot conditions. Steep gain. Oasis at the end of the trail is picturesque and worth the climb.

Great trail - no shade till you get to the oasis. Bring plenty of water and make sure to save a good amount for going back out. Well maintained trail, and easy to follow.

Hiked this morning to the oasis, took about 2 hours total including a long break to enjoy the shade at the oasis. Good views at the peak and plenty of wildlife, even saw a couple chuckwallas. It’s an easy hike when it’s not too hot out, recommend doing it in the morning this time of year.

Well maintained trail. There is a good uphill in both directions. Plenty of water exists at the oasis. The stats are only for the outbound trip.

Up down, up down type trail. No shade until the oasis, but not terribly hard. Could imagine this would be very difficult in the summer.

great trail, as it was easy to spot where the trail was leading you and it was not muddy at all! not a bad elevation gain for those who are not super intense hikers. went on this trail with my best friend and her siblings and we all had a blast!

Loved this trail!! Easy to follow..... booty burner steps and inclines but levels out too. Wouldn’t want to do on a hot day... no shade . Weather was perfect today!!

Really beautiful trail but tragically beginners get into trouble here sometimes because they underestimate the 700 feet of climbing. If you have experience you should be fine. I have a video and guide on HikingGuy com that you can check out too.

Beautiful trail - well marked. Moderate because of the elevation but path is well planned. Good pace and stop at the oasis took us 1.5 hours.

This trail is very well marked. The oasis of palms was really neat. Most of the trail is in the sun.

Excellent trail. Not too strenuous, though very exposed. Could see it being very difficult in the heat. I was actually hiking for just over 1 hour, but spent more time at the oasis, which is stunning

Pretty easy 3 miles. Took about 25 minutes in and 30 minutes out at a pretty good pace. Recommend shoes with relatively good grip.

Great trail! quick elevation gain, then more rolling. the oasis is incredible!
